At our modern language school in the heart of Montréal, our students learn in an international atmosphere and in the many restaurants, museums and shops in the area, they have the opportunity to quickly put their new language skills into practice.

Location & facilities:

Our school is located in the heart of Montréal, close to Concordia University.  The Old Town of Montreal is a 20-minute walk away.  Our school is housed in a multi-storey, modern building.  The area is full of shops, cafés and restaurants.  The school has bright and modern classrooms and a student lounge.
 

Organized leisure program:

Our language school in Montréal is happy to organise workshops to promote, for example, communication with other students.  There are joint cinema or fitness afternoons or joint visits to restaurants.  In the afternoons or weekends, our school team is also happy to organise trips to Quebec or visits to Montreal.
 

LISA! Language courses

• Our language courses start every Monday. If the start of the course falls on a public holiday, the course begins on Tuesday (see calendar).

• Our super-intensive language course in Montreal is recognized as educational leave in several federal states in Germany.

• Our language courses in Montreal are suitable for levels from beginner (A1) to almost native speaker (C2).

• During your language trip, you will live with a host family or in a shared apartment (see Accommodation).

• In Montreal we also offer supervised English language courses for children and young people.

Learn French and English in Montreal:

At our language school in Montreal we offer the intensive course and the super-intensive course in English & French. In the course you will learn both French and English and can deepen and apply your language skills in both languages. A language of your choice is learned intensively, the other language comes second.
In the intensive course you will receive 20 lessons in your first language and a further 4 lessons in your second language. In the super intensive course, 20 lessons are taught in the first language and another 10 lessons in the second language.
 

The schedule of your language course:

On the day of your LISA! arrival! You arrive at your accommodation on your language trip. On the first day of school you will be divided into levels according to your level of knowledge. This is how we guarantee optimal learning success. After the course you will have enough time to explore the city. The school offers activities several times a week. The school team is happy to give tips on where to go out and shop, where to get the best coffee and which festival is currently taking place. Everyone can explore the holiday destination on their own. You will always find like-minded people with whom you can go on a journey of discovery. Exchanging ideas with the locals is also an excellent addition to language lessons to deepen and test what you have learned. Accommodation with a host family has the advantage that you can immediately apply what you have learned. There are many opportunities to speak French while shopping and going out.
