Location & facilities

Our language school is located in the heart of Paris, just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower. The modern school building is located in the 15th arrondissement and is surrounded by cafés, shops and museums. From the school, you can quickly reach the city's sights on foot or by metro.dürfen.
 

The classrooms are modern and bright, the school is air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

LISA! Language courses:​

• Our language courses start every Monday. If the course starts on a public holiday, the course starts on Tuesday (see calendar). For beginners, courses start on fixed dates.

• Our super-intensive language courses in Paris are recognised as Bildungsurlaub in several German federal states.

• Our language courses in Paris are suitable for levels from beginner (A1) to almost native speaker (C2).

• During your language study trip, you will stay in selected accommodation (see Accommodation).

A-level preparation course:

We recommend the Abi crash course with 34 lessons or the intensive Abi crash course with 34 lessons + one workshop per week to students who want to focus on learning French, e.g. to improve their grades or to be perfectly prepared for their Abitur or later studies at a university.

In our workshops, you can choose between conversation and Parisian cultural history. Topics in the conversation workshop can include role-playing, dialogues, songs and interviews. During the workshop on Parisian cultural history, you will learn a lot about the history, architecture and typical music and films of the world metropolis Paris. Some excursions are made to the city centre to experience the famous sights live.

French & Law:

At our language school in Paris, we offer a language course 'French and Law'. The course is suitable for students who want to improve and deepen their knowledge of French, especially in the field of law, legal texts and other legal texts. The course also includes visits to institutions and companies working in the field of law and jurisprudence. Our French and Law course includes 16 lessons of mini-group tuition in the afternoon. In the morning you will take part in our intensive course. An advanced language level (B1) is required to participate in this course.

The schedule of your language course:

On the arrival day of your LISA! language study trip, you will arrive at your accommodation. On the first day of school, you will be divided into levels according to your level. In this way, we guarantee optimal learning success. After the course, you will have plenty of time to explore the city. The school offers activities several times a week. The school team is happy to give tips on where to go out and shop, where to get the best coffee, and which museum is particularly recommended for tourists away from the classics. Everyone can also explore the resort on their own. You will always find like-minded people with whom you can go on a voyage of discovery. Exchanges with the locals are also an excellent complement to language lessons to deepen and test what you have learned. Homestay accommodation has the advantage that you can apply what you have learned directly. There are many opportunities to speak French while shopping and going out.

Language diplomas:

At our language school in Paris we offer the following exam preparation courses: Preparation for the language certificate Diplôme d' Etudes en Langue Française (D.E.L.F.).

• No previous knowledge is required for the D.E.L.F. exam course. This course is also suitable for beginners with little knowledge (A1).

• Registration for the D.E.L.F. exam is made at least 6 weeks in advance at the Alliance Francaise in Paris.

• The examination fee must always be paid on the spot. Please refer to the information in the table for the amount of the examination fee.
