The University City in North West England is one of the most beautiful cities in the country. Chester is also identified as being the gateway to Welsh coast and the Welsh mountains in North Wales. The large sisters Liverpool and Manchester are just 45 minutes away by train or by car. You can also reach the capital, London in approximately two hours by train.

Chester fascinates visitors from all over the world with its medieval charm. Thanks to the small size of the city, everything including the accommodation and sights are close-by. On the first day of your LISA! Language course you will arrive at your accommodation. During your first day at school, you will be assigned to the suitable level class according to your language knowledge. This guarantees excellent and successful learning. The classes can take place in the morning or in the afternoon.  After classes you will have enough time to explore the city. The school offers activities in the week. Our school team are happy to give tips on where to go out and shop, where to get the best coffee, and which festivals are happening at the time. Everyone can explore Chester on their own accord. You will surely find like-minded people, who you can go discovering with. In order to practice and deepen what you have learnt, you should mix with the locals in addition to the language classes. Accommodation in a guest family has the advantage that you can directly use what you have learnt. From shopping and going out there is the opportunity to speak English.
