Our language courses take place in a comfortable and safe school complex made up of three buildings, well connected within Dublin’s city centre. Music lovers will find a paradise in Dublin: here there are always festivals and music events, and in the disc stores of Grafton Streets you can find and purchase rare pieces. Our campus offers many sport facilities, where you can play tennis, basketball, badminton or football. After classes, our school team organises sport afternoons and arts and crafts workshops. You will also go swimming and take part in treasure hunts. Every evening there is something going on: talent shows, film nights, karaoke, parties at the school disco, and typical Irish evenings.

Our LISA! Language courses for teenagers are perfectly organised and supervised. In our school in Dublin, your child will learn or improve his or her language skills in a friendly and cosy atmosphere. Your son or daughter will be supervised by the host families, the school team as well as our team leaders, who are always available for help and advice. For more information about the starting dates, please check the calendar on our website. During his or her stay, your child will be accommodated with a friendly host family or in a residence on campus. In other schools in Dublin, we also offer language courses for adults. You can find more information about our courses in the menu ‘adults’. Our language courses for children and teenagers involve a fully organised and supervised free-time programme. At our school in Dublin, students from the age of 16 can also take part in a language course for adults without an organised and supervised free-time programme. Because of this option, the student can organise his or her free time individually therefore, the course price is lower.

On arrival, your child will be welcomed by our group leaders or by his or her host family. On the first day, a language test takes place. Groups are formed on the basis of language levels therefore, teenagers are usually with others of a similar age. This guarantees excellent and successful learning. With a LISA! language course you will open your child to a whole new world and give them the chance to broaden their horizons. We also prepare your child for his or her final exams or help to improve their school marks. After classes, our great group leaders and the school team will provide your child with a wide range of free-time activities. On the weekends the school organises day or half-day trips. Your child has the opportunity to spend the remaining time with his or her host family. Please be aware that there are times when your children may be unsupervised. However, our school team is always at your disposal.

Arrival »

Flights are not included in the price of our language courses for teenagers. We recommend flying to Dublin. Return transfers are included in the price. Arrivals are on Saturdays or Sundays between 08:00 and 20:00. For transfers outside the given time window, extra costs will apply. Although we do not provide an accompanying service for the flight itself, our friendly school team will greet all students upon arrival at the airport and accompany them to their accommodation. Should your child travel with the UM service, an extra transfer cost may apply. For further information, do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or e-mail.
